 Copper Country Mental Health, a four-county community mental health center, is recruiting a Program Manager in our Baraga County office.

This position requires a highly energetic and organized individual to supervise the overall programmatic and fiscal concerns of the Baraga County Center. This will include Client Services Management and Community Support Program, under the direction of the Community Services Program Director. The Program Manager is responsible for (1) ensuring that Community Service programs are adequately and appropriately staffed and services are delivered in accordance with all applicable plans, policies and procedures; and (2) providing direct supervision and clinical direction to the Community Support Program Staff, and Case Managers.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field and clinical and supervisory experience is preferred.
