Mike Bach

Position: Director
Start Year: 2001

Previous Agency Experience: ol I started as a therapist in 2001 in the School Social Work Program, then transferred to the Outpatient Program and was a couselor with children and adults until 2012. I have also worked as Outpatient Director and Associate Director.

What I like about working here: c I love to build teams and work with them to solve problems. There are many talented and dedicated people here who the individuals we serve.

 


Leslie Griffith

Position: Associate Director
Start Year: 2003

Previous Agency Experience: I spent 15 years working in Infant Mental Health Prevention services and Homebased Children’s Services. I was also the Outpatient Program Director for 4 years.

What I like about working here: The passion and commitment of the staff to support consumers to live their best life and follow their individual recovery journeys.

Community involvement: Woodland Hill Preschool


Eric Coon

Position: Finance Director
Start Year: 2026

What I like about working here: It’s rewarding to be part of an organization with such an important mission in our community. I enjoy working with nonprofits and being able to play a role in meaningful work, especially by supporting the financial side of the mission.

Gabe Rayner

Position: Human Resources Director
Start Year: 2024

Previous Agency Experience: I started as the Community Employment Coordinator in October of 2024 before accepting the Human Resources Director position in November of 2025. I also am one of the CPI (Nonviolent Crisis Intervention) instructors for the agency.

What I like about working here: The opportunity to be a part of an organization that is committed to supporting not only the individuals that we serve but also the staff who do the amazing work.
