Mike BachPosition: Director Previous Agency Experience: ol I started as a therapist in 2001 in the School Social Work Program, then transferred to the Outpatient Program and was a couselor with children and adults until 2012. I have also worked as Outpatient Director and Associate Director. What I like about working here: c I love to build teams and work with them to solve problems. Gabe RaynerPosition: Human Resources Director Previous Agency Experience: I started as the Community Employment Coordinator in October of 2024 before accepting the Human Resources Director position in November of 2025. I also am one of the CPI (Nonviolent Crisis Intervention) instructors for the agency.
