**POSITION TITLE:** Client Services Manager/Supports Coordinator

**DEPARTMENT:** CTT

**LOCATION:** Based in Houghton with travel to other counties

**SALARY:** $48,695 – $63,886 with competitive benefits

**DUTIES:**

Provide coordination and management of service delivery for people with serious mental illness and/or intellectual/developmental disabilities, possibly with co-occurring substance use disorders. This position requires interactions with various disciplines, families, staff and supervisors as well as consumers. Requires collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team in assessment, diagnosis and person-centered planning to perform biopsychosocial assessments, develop individual plans of service, assess and monitor progress towards goals and objectives and maintain confidential records.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**

* Degree in Social Work, however, other Human Service or Nursing degrees will be considered;
* 1 year experience working with those with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental illness;
* Ability to work in Houghton County, Michigan, and travel to surrounding counties as needed;
* Strong interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work as a team member;
* Able to pass a criminal background check;
* Valid Michigan driver’s license and dependable vehicle.

**DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:**

* Michigan Licensure as a Licensed Bachelor’s Social Worker, Master’s Social Worker or Registered Nurse (or eligibility within a reasonable time);
* Qualifications of a Child Mental Health Professional.
