POSITION TITLE: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

APPLICATION PERIOD: 10/09/2026-10/16/2026

DEPARTMENT: Outpatient/Autism Department

LOCATION: Houghton

SALARY: $69,028-$87,726 with competitive benefits This position is responsible for providing comprehensive applied behavioral analysis (ABA) services. The primary focus of the BCBA is to develop, implement, and monitor ABA treatment plans for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders. This position will be responsible for providing training, coaching, and ongoing support to Behavior Technicians (BTs) in the implementation of behavior support services and treatment plans.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Certification as a Behavior Analyst. Ability to work within the Copper Country Community Mental Health service area, including Baraga, Houghton, Keweenaw, and Ontonagon Counties, as needed.

DESIREABLE QUALIFICATIONS:Experience working with children and young adults with Autism.
