Mental Health First Aid Training

On November 19 and 20, 2014 Taryn Mack and Brian Rendel from the CCMH Institute provided Mental Health First Aid Training to 23 participants. The trainees included several Michigan State Police Troopers, Houghton City Police Officers, EMT personnel, and representatives from other community organizations and general community members. The training was warmly received.


Mental Health First Aid focuses on helping people who are experiencing mental health problems. For more information, visit their website here.
