Copper Country Mental Health, a four-county community mental health center, is recruiting either a full-time Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) or an Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Specialist.
These are professional positions responsible for providing comprehensive applied behavioral analysis (ABA) services. The primary focus of the BCBA and ABA Specialist (under the supervision of the BCBA) is to develop, implement, and monitor ABA treatment plans for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders.
The BCBA position requires certification as a Behavior Analyst. The ABA Specialist requirements are a minimum of a master’s degree in a mental health-related field or a BACB approved degree category from an accredited institution; and have training and one year of experience in the examination, evaluation and treatment of children with ASD.
