Reports can be made anonymously, in writing, verbally by telephone, or in person.
A “Drop Box” is located in the kitchen/break room of the Baraga, Houghton, Ontonagon, and ACT office’s and the Institute, for this use.

CCMHS adheres to a “no reprisal” system for the protection of anyone who reports waste, fraud, abuse or other questionable activities.

Employees are protected by the Michigan Whistleblower’s Act.
